Warranty replacement for my ST4. This is the brand new one introduced at Eurobike. Orange have been brilliant about sorting this out for me.

Same shock, I think it's 10mm less travel at the back. Hopefully it'll ride similar but be a bit stiffer.

Anyway, build it tomorrow, ride it Sunday 🙂

very nice! Looks like they have beefed the rear end up somewhat. Whats the geo like?

Apparently it's the same. The stays are different, look a bit beefier. The shock link on the down tube is quite meaty as well. Weighs about 6.5lbs for the 18 so it's not especially light. Don't mind about that tho if it rides like the old one without the flex.

I'm not having a pop at Orange. Lots of people are happy with theirs. Mine had a few issues from the off and they've been superb in the way they've handled it.

Jesus Alex you're slipping, you've had a bike long enough to claim on a warranty - think of the economy!

I resemble that remark Bruce 🙂 Worryingly this is the only bike I have that is less than a year old. Times are hard!

Funnily enough I rode a mate's mmmbop (briefly) and it felt like the ST4 but as a hardtail. I so nearly bought one of those as well.

BluePigs rule 😉

Looks nice but unsure about the wobbly shock/seatpost link/mount 😯
