I'm yet to experience Doric at a more personal level, but as i fancy a pint, i'm going to head up the road in a bit for a giggle.

Spot on Sharki. It'll be fun but hard work out there today. I'll be out later once I've replaced a bottom bracket. I tried singlespeeding yesterday but it was too much like hard work and there is about 3 more inches of resistance out there today.

Sharki is still in his pit so I can only assume he had a good night out 😀

I went to a party with family and couldn't get a taxi home so I frogmarched my children home a 2.20am in a blizzard! Am I a bad dad? 😀

Well that went well.

The first thing i thought when i entered the bar and observed the natives, was that i appeared to on the set of a certain red dwarf episode.

What i mean is that everyone appeared to be talking backwards.

Soon a was approached by a doped up drunk. Norman bought me a dram and told me about his time as a 80's raver and how he progressed to being a drunk and lover of dope and other drugs.

He staggered and swayed through our conversation as i shared with the reason i was so far north of somerset.

I drank a few pints here and a few more at another bar, then came back as a cover band was playing. I was a little merry and with some good tracks being played there was a people getting their groove on, down on the dance floor..

So i joined them and strut my stuff once more in Moray.

Again as always seemed to be the case when out in bars and clubs. My buff(which i always wear through the winter) was taken and worn by some young attractive girl. Normally i'd recover it during the night, but last night i did not. 🙁

Once the amps were turned off it was time to leave. so i pulled up my hood and went out into the blizzard.
Whilst walking a young lady was to heavy for her boyfriend to carry, so she took advantage of my offer and used me as a prop. (much like jojo the previous w/e)I aided them along the snowy roads as far as i could before having to head back to hairyscarys.

Just before departing the drunken pair, they were joined group, one of which(a girl) asked me where i was from.

I told her Somerset. Her answer was. "Thats in england. In that case i don't want to talk to you!"

And she walked off.

I walked off laughing to myself, and sad for her ignorance.

All in all, just another random night out for me.

I was woken at about 8am, and we discussed riding.

That's as far as it went, so i went back to sleep till gone 1pm.
