Starts easy then gets steep.Amazing over the fireroad riding down that boulder.Bit hairy on a hardtail needs a full suss. steep at finish love to do it when it is drier.
Suck stone just appears from no where. Not been in that bit before.Nice views of the Black mountains.Didnt know there was a downhill race on was parked miles up the fire road came back to van and those young wild boar are getting quite tame only few feet away.New downhill course looks top draw.
A few nice bouldering problems on the suckstone and around it too, pebble crimping tastic!
And a cracking aid route up above!
There was a great view well above it by another boulder looking over to the Black mountains. Also that big oak tree standing alone looked strange with a plague by the fire road.
dowies was empty 8)
would you be referring to this years enduro route? have signed up heard there was a stone in it...sounds intriguing!
Dont know where the enduro route is going. The trail i was talking about is over by Staunton.I would not think they would use this route might put to many people in A and E.Never see anyone at the Dowies these days.Did see someone last sunday at the Motorbike trail which is about mile from the Dowies which is unusual.
ah right, well enjoy 🙂
