*"Superstar Components Sample of a potential new product. But we are focussing on our UK made product first."
thoughts?
Looks a lot like some of the stock offerings from Astro.

Would be interesting to see what kind of price they could punt them out for.
They looked at doing their own frames before, the samples looked to be Astro frames.
When I last spoke to Neil (a good while back now) he seemed to be suggesting they would be tweaked Taiwanese frames and maybe not under the Superstar banner
The more affordable the sport becomes the happier I'll be, if Superstar can bring in a decent quality FS at a reasonable price point I'd be all over it.
Not interested in labels, if the geometry is good and it's fun to ride then they wouldn't be doing anything plenty of other brands don't already do.
Evening'..and why not? Just as long as someone doesnt order it just before a race then bash it to try and make it fit then bang on about it on here.
Sick of big prices

Poor you! Tough life, serial frame swapping.
Surprised they're going straight in with a bouncer, I would have Thought a HT would be a good way to dip their toe in the frame/bike market to start with...
Still in for a penny...
I say Good luck to SS if they decide to broaden their product range...
I'll believe it when I see it - I remember about 5 years ago there was an article in Dirt about how Superstar were going to start doing frames and complete bikes. It seems to crop up again every once in a while but never actually happens, would be nice if it did though...
Not necessarily a bad thing that they've taken their time over it.
That Astro website is interesting, I've never seen it before. Their carbon hard tail looks just like a Vitus Rapide and Devinci Wooky............
