And to the few arse holes who were clearly on a strava run of life or death I hope you're balls fester! Mate had a big off in the final rock garden causing his thigh to swell up beyond anything I've seen before and he also took the now rotating bike on the back of his head smashing his helmet. Eventually got him down and two lads who were just getting ready to ride from lower cliff nipped me back to the carpark so I could get my own rescue van. Cheers for all the concerns on the way down.
