Just wanted to say thanks to Rob at Bad Ass Bikes and Jake from 2Pure for dealing with my warranty issue so quickly.
I encountered an issue with my swing arm on my Ibis HD3. From dropping the frame off at Bad Ass Bikes it took just a week to get approval from Ibis, get the new swing arm shipped and installed on my frame.
Thanks for the calls from Jake at 2Pure, nice to actually talk to someone about the issue with the frame.
Top warranty service all round. Thanks Chaps
