I know it's been said just a couple of times before but I'll state it again for the record...awesome customer service! My Hope Pro II Evo rear freewheel hub had gone ominously silent the past few weeks and on inspection, expecting just broken pawl springs thanks to some advice on here, it had additionally cracked completely for it's entire length in two places (1 year old). Rang Monday morning, told to return for a warranty repair on the spot, posted it Monday afternoon, and had a new one on the doorstep Wednesday morning....pretty much zero down time riding so a result! Cheers team Hope.
Now the only problem is the return to walker and wildlife startling free wheeling......I was just starting to get used to my more stealthy sounding ride!
