Might already be preaching to the converted but another superb experience with Hope's warranty dept.
I had a couple of rotors that had deformed on the braking surface , the first one I put down to wear and tear the second one did the same a bit too quickly for wear and tear, quick phone call to Hope's tech support dept. and duly sent in the suspect parts.
I thought they might swap one of them under warranty , so imagine my surprise to find two new lovely rotors in the bag FOC and only 2 days later.

I emailed Hope to order a replacement bolt for one I managed to ham-fistedly overtighten during a frustrated and ill-advised trailside repair in the dark and pissing rain.
They sent one free of charge and it arrived the next day.
Great company.
Cracked the faceplate on a secondhand stem that I've had for around 4 years, replaced on warranty no questions asked (I had only contacted them to check whether the replacements you can buy from the dealers are all the same size), arrived the day after they received the broken part. Great customer service.
They replaced my hedset bolt after [s]I managed to over-torque it[/s] it spontaneously snapped in half.
Free pawls here for one of my rear hubs after I noticed that one had snapped. I think I'd only emailed to check the sizing of them or something.
