thats just thick oil isn't it?

Do they have foam rings or just oil seals?

I used to use it, now use fully synth engine oil. A lot cheaper, no noticeable change in performance or oil condition.

Sometimes I put a small amount of Fox Float Fluid (the really thick 85wt stuff) on the seals and inside the air chamber. This does make a small difference you can feel in the garage, can't say I've noticed it when riding though.
