Lol, no.
By the time you factor that in you're about as well just sending them the damn things.(certainly in the case of Revs with 1 air, 1 U-turn and 1 MoCo cart)
Bikediscount.de do stuff at a far more reasonable price. At the end of the day its just a bunch of standard parts that cost pennies but for the fact they are sorted into a bag.

Cheers lads. I'll just order the kit off amazon then. I'll get the service kit, ifp adapter and oil for same price as service kit. Same part number Aswell. It shocks me how much some orings can cost.
