I know its horses for courses but.. Im interested to find out how others setup their 36's. I have just found that the air pressure was way too high going by the recommended on my 2011 talas 36's. So have now changed the psi to 50 and increased the low speed compression to 2 clicks in from full and it is a very different fork. I have the rebound set at 10+ clicks.
Can't believe I did not do this sooner, I think I was waiting for it to bed in but I have had it for 9 months and nout changed.

There is no single correct setting, your weight (and therefore the air pressure) , the terrain you ride, how you ride , and what you like, will all alter the settings you end up using.

but for what its worth (not much really),

I have mine at 90psi (I weigh 13.5 stone) , with rebound set to 8 clicks in from no damping, low speed compression set to 18 clicks in, and high speed compression set to 10 clicks in .

I might vary the hi speed compression damping, by reducing it for smoother trails, and increasing it if there any any big'ish steps/drops.
