Ok, so I've had my head in the sand for years so can can someone explain to me what Enduro Racing is (like these [url= http://goo.gl/FKzeQd ]Welsh Enduro Series[/url]) and what the difference is between a Gravity Enduro and an XC Enduro.
Oh, and do I stand a chance of winning on my steel rigid singlespeed?

xc enduro - do as many laps as possible in the 4-6hrs?
gravity enduro, do a 20-40km loop untimed climbs, timed descents.
I'd not be paying £40 notes to ride round existing trails that are right on your door step.
