Hi Guys
I have some tektro brakes on my bike and the front feel abit soft. If I pump it it gets better but I doesn’t stay like this. I can only assume it’s abit of air in the system as the brakes are pretty much new.
Any advice on bleeding brakes I’ve never done it but definitely like to learn. I’ve been looking on the internet and see I’ll need a specific bleed kit. Has anyone used one they recommend ?

Thanks
Tom

It does sound like air in there and learning to bleed brakes is a great skill to have.

You tube videos are a good starting point. Do you know the specific tektro brake model you've got?

There's quite a lot of very similar bleed kit on Amazon which work really well. Eg this one

https://www.amazon.co.uk/CJBIN-Hydraulic-Bleeding-SHIMANO-Mountain/dp/B0B61578GP

It has adaptors basically for just about every brake.
