Does anyone know what's happening to the TCL award? MBLA appears to have been replaced with the British cycling level 2 award...

...but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent level to the TCL (the level 1 award seems a lot lower level). Does anyone know if TCL will continue to be supported or do I need to bit the bullet and do the level 2 cycling award (which seems harder than I need...)
