Hi all,
Has anyone been biking in the Tatra mountains in Poland ?
A friend and I go off to Europe once a year to do a few days XC riding and thought we would give Poland a go?
I have also seen this in Poland - http://greenvelo.pl/en - which sounds interesting but possibly a bit flat and unexciting - there are 2000km of cycle trails through woods, national parks, etc.
We are up for a couple of days of bike touring or some long XC rides.
Any info or advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Was in Zakopane a few years ago for a winter walking holiday, and just back from the Slovak side of the Tatras for the same....so no, I can't help with any biking queries, but it's a beautiful part of the world, it's cheap and the food and drink is amazing! GO.
Whilst in the national park in Zakopane, I remember seeing on a sign that cycling was restricted on a number of the trails, don't have details, but I thought it was funny.
Did I mention the food and drink?
