Hi Guys,

I have a frame that has a tapered headtube and needs a bottom cup of 55mm. I have found this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/da-bomb-zs-55-56-in-one-headset/rp-prod94737

I need to run my 1 1/8th steerer forks with it. Will any reducer crown work?

Its doing my head in and Im on a massive budget 🙁 This was the cheapest option I could find with a 55mm cup.

Thanks for any help!

Get one of the Hope reducers, I've fitted quite a few of them & they work well, then just fit the crown race that comes with the headset.
Job done & not expensive

I've got a Hope reducer for sale - £5 posted? That'll allow you to use a standard 1.5" headset on non-tapered forks.
