Do they really weigh only 270g?
Do they feel like they flex, and is that a problem?
Are they comfortable?

I need some new 710mm bars, but don't want carbon fibre, but do want the weight to be under 300g and these Easton's look just about right.

Got some, they are uber light, lovely bars but....graphics are rubbish and come off as soon as you clamp the controls on. Although this is not seen once you have the controls on but be very very careful. Move the shifter or brake around the bar with ANY tension on the bolts / clamps and the graphics self destruct !

No flex and very comfortable though, I like mine 🙄

i always wondered why they bothered to put graphics on the bars when they would be hidden by the grips and controls...

There are plenty of sub 300g ally bars out there just so you know.

My Sunline V1 711 19mm risers weighed exactly 270g on my scales.

Perfect fit for me (but then sunline are near identical dimensions for less). As good looking as bars get and the gloss black is a perfect match for a Thomson stem if you are a bit of a tart (and I am a lot of a tart). No flex but I am 11stone so don't usually tie bike bits in knots.
