As title, just wondering if it's ok to leave the forks set at 100mm (I use the bike to commute during the week) or is it better to let them up to their full travel (140mm, when not using the bike?

Cheers.

Should be ok. just keep checking it at full travel from time to time and give the seals a clean as grit could build up at the 100mm mark and leaves a nice ring of scratch that you will see at full travel.

Mine spent 99% of their time at full travel for almost 2 years. I've since swapped them to a different bike and they spent 95% at the lowest setting (for almost 2 months now). No issues to report.

I've had my 110-130-150 talas on 130mm for about a year without any problems. I just pop them up to 150mm occasionally to check everything is ok.
