Has anyone booked a package holiday ie with Thomson and taken their bike with them? Can you take them on the transfer bus?

I live in Spain and have taken my boxed up bike on the resort hopping transfer bus as I use it to get home. I usually have a back up in case there isn't room on the bus like airport storage but I ve been fine.
If it's a full size coach there's loads of space underneath. If a minibus space may be tight. I d ask the operator and see if there is airport storage in case.
