Seen one of these second hand. Anyone got any tips advice on one before I buy it?

There was a manufacturing problem with the first ones Tacx produced, which were very noisy and had to be repaired or replaced, so make sure it's not one of those. The later ones should be OK. There were a few frames that didn't have enough clearance to fit the Neo (mostly unusual stuff like close clearance carbon TT bikes). I think Tacx have a template on their website that you can print out to check your frame if you are unsure.
There should be no contact between the flywheel going round and the internals, see if you can get the seller to do a quick video of the trainer spun up, if you hear something catching like at the beginning of this video:
then you may have to either take a risk that you can repair it or avoid it all together.
Other than that I have not really heard anything else bad about them. I have had mine 9 months or so now and it gets regular use, I think they are awesome bits of kit.
