Has anyone had any luck contacting Garmin UK? I ordered a turbo trainer axle a month ago and it’s still showing as order received but not shipped. Tried to phone and the contact line is not being answered. Support page appears to only cover product info.

I’ve had issues with my turbo trainer and they responded very quickly to an online chat about it, like within 5 minutes. Been pretty good so far, agreed to swap it out and even sent the UPS label for return postage.

Had this a weeks ago, at the time phone and chat were offline, no email showing.

I tried Twitter but they didn't reply.

In my case the trainer I was waiting for showed as shipped and turned up at the door the next day without me chasing. That was a warranty replacement (of a warranty replacement) so maybe they have stock set aside for that?
