So I've tried turning the plastic screw underneath from 3 > 2 and it was only going half way then springing back to 3.
Tried a few times and pretty much ballsed up the screw head slot now.
Can't find the leaflet that came with the shifters.
Can anyone advise ta?

You have to be in the middle or high setting for it to work as it just blocks the lower setting from what I remember.

Or just adjust the stops on the front mech to stop you from physically being able to shift into the ring you've removed.
