Almost certainly. Last few times I've been, it's been rammed before then.
I would check that large parts are not still closed before driving over there. I thought they are closed til April but could be wrong.
thm - Blue is open apart from the Stickler (10) & a diversion on 4, Red has a few bits closed - Tank Traps (1), middle section of Seagull (8?), Deerstalker (19?). There's been some work on the jump track too - props to the TTS folks!
