Was out on a ride round Swinley Forest on Saturday and came across this.... Only an Adder!!! 🙂

cool! didn't know they were around there (or even that the UK had proper snakes 😳 ).

I've ran over a big brown snake once back home in Oz, must've been 2m at least, scared the beejesus out of me!

we had a little adder bathing in the sun in the ny moors yesterday.
it attacked my mates tyre. 8)

Oh yes, they are quite common in Swinley and surrounding area. Occasionally you see the discarded skin on the trail!
