I've just picked up a project for the winter (a well loved Blur) that has a Swinger Air-3 way fitted. The shock doesn't seem all together happy - it's clearly been left for a while so I suspect the seals are dry. I will probably strip it down and see how bad it is before sending it to TFT for some TLC. The bit that is confusing me is the spring and SPV air valves - I don;t seem to be able to get a dcesn't seal on either with my Cane Creek shock pump - the threads look OK, but I THINK the head of the pump is screwing past the end of the threaded bit on the valve before being able to seal. Any ideas on what may be wrong?
