Don't know if this is possible, but have a nice set of carbon wheels with QR axles on my Giant Defy 2016 road bike (which i dont use much now) and would like to swap the onto my gravel bike which is a Giant Revolt Advanced 1 carbon with 12mm 142mm T/A.
If it is possible what do i need to do?

What hubs are they? Can you convert them? If not you will need to replace your hubs
