I've just swapped for an Android phone to an Iphone so needed to reload the "Simblee for mobile2 software to connect to my Sussmybike . I can't find it on the Apple app store and after a quick google it looks to have been discontinued, although it is still on the Android app store.

Bit of a long shot but has anyone had the same issue and did you find a solution?

I've messaged Sussmy bike but no reply as yet.

cheers

No, I don't think there is a solution. Luckily I had never deleted the Simblee thing so didn't get caught out when using the unit for the first time recently (having downloaded the app originally when I bought it a couple of years ago). Would be nice if they actually pulled their finger out and developed a proper app rather than the strange "via Simblee" thing. Would be nice if they did a lot of development things quite frankly.

Might be worth you asking on the "SMB Flow User Focus Group" Facebook group as well

I know exactly what you mean , it's all a bit amateurish.

Pretty poor that you can no longer  us it on Iphone as they are still selling it as Iphone compatible on their website.

I'll join the FB group and see what they have to say.

cheers

I have a similar experience. I bought a SMB Flow at the start of this year and asked the question about the iPhone App. They said 'within weeks' but that was 7 months ago, and still no iPhone app update.

I used my unit once with a friends android phone and found it ok, but annoying that it doesn't work with iPhone.

Shockwiz has some obvious drawbacks too (no coil compatibility, doesn't work with my CaneCreek DB IL shock etc.) but its obviously supported by Quark and SRAM so the product is good. I think SMB is a bit of a 1 man show. I get that creating an apple app is annoying as you have to get it approved by the Apple App Factory, but most companies seem to be able to do it.

I hope an iPhone app is out soon, but im not holding out hope. I have even thought about buying a cheap android phone to allow me to use it regularly.

coincidentally, Im not on FB. is the SMB community still alive there, or is it completely dead?

Should be able to set up the shock/fork without device. Most forks don't have much in the way of adjustment and the same goes for shocks. The cane creeks have their own instructions to help you.
