I recently removed the floodgate from my Lyrik RC2L forks. I'm now in the middle of converting them to coil and have noticed the damper is behaving, erm, curiously. Feels like no compression or rebound damping until around 50% into the travel. This vid should make it clear...

Any ideas? This can't be normal can it? Perhaps I haven't got enough oil in the damper?

The damping that there is is accompanied by a squelching sound, sounds like air in the system.
