Ok I’m a little confused about my suspension settings post service. I have a Ripmo which had a specific tune for the fork and shock, 38 grip2 and factory x2. The nice people at Fox have upgraded my suspension to the 2024 spec. The question is, do I carry on with the Ibis settings or start with the fox suggested start point settings??? What’s changed? Cheers

Ibis has pretty good manuals... If it's the custom tune for their bikes start with the Ripmo recommended settings and go from there. If not go to the Fox settings (much lower pressure normally)

Ibis settings accommodate the DW settings on the bike and tweak the fork to match. Fox recommendations are more generic.

Try both and see what you prefer. I also have a ripmo and found Fox settings significantly too slow and Ibis settings a bit too fast. Settled on my own. 😁

Cheers. So the tune hasn’t changed when the fork and shock were updated to 2024 spec ?
last year I rode on settings based on the Ibis recommendation so I can just go back to that. Bikes not been ridden yet have to reassemble etc.

The x2 updates are to aircan / seals I think? Can't see why the shim stack would've been altered.
