Gauging interest for a friend. She is a qualified yoga teacher who is about to give up her City exec job and go full time.
Speaking to her last night I was saying how yoga classes had me frustrated. I don't want to spend half an hour chanting I want to
s t r e t c h.
So come September she is thinking a doing a stretch class purely targeting cyclists tight bits.
It will probably be Banstead / Epsom area.
Would anyone be interested?
