I snapped the 'push up' spring in mine last night (in pouring rain, miles from the pub and lift home....)

Anyone using theirs as a pull down tensioner and want to swap my pull down spring for your spare push up spring (if that makes sense).

Zip tie got me to the pub, but not a permanent solution.....

sure about that? IME the singulator's srping isn't actually made of spring steel. zip tie isn't a bad solution, again IME.

💡 or, if you pop off the circlip and remove all its gubbins, you can then just allen bolt it direct to the hanger in a fixed position. 💡

I always used to cable tie mine...

Carry something to snip and spares for if you flat.

oops! Got that wrong. the surly one might actually be spring steel. I was thinking of the tension seeker i think... 😳

Thanks bimbler - I will if no-one fancies a spare 'down' spring.
Always assuming I can get the broken bit out.....
