Where can I buy an extra long chain or should I buy two and join them?

How long does it need to be? Shimano e-bike chains are 138 links. I'd probably just join 2 chains.

I have a big dummy. Haven't hag to replace the chain but this is what I'll be doing when I need to
Though I'm not certain I think that 3 chains may do two chain changes.
I joined two chains on my long tail
Not sure on big dummy but I certainly had enough left to do an extension on a second chain. Depends on your gear spread and ring size I guess.
I use 32 and 11-36 at the rear -on a sturmey archer 3 speed disk hub so probably need less chain than if you ran a full spread
