You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Had just started on a downhill with load of lines, somewhere near the Ridgeway sort of Watlington'ish
Shouted something like 'you wanna get some clean lines' then shouted 'Right Right rider right' Like I was a bit thick and as if the Chilterns where too small for the two of us. Then, well you know what don't you, yes he just stayed in front a bit until the bottom. Wouldn't you be embarrassed to act like such a rude little retard twerp without being good enough to back it up? Plus he was on a full bouncer the little.....
The midget grumpy oik ruined that few yards of my day as you can tell 😆
Well I pointed at first so I had to shout. Plus if your that good why did you drag your brakes?
If you post a piccy of your 'IN THE ZONE' face I could tell if it was you or not.
TBH I was a bit confused by all the lines, I am old and I can dither when faced with a new path, but once I could see where the actual path was I was tickety boo.
But, and I've just remembered that I did ask if he needed any help when we passed him beforehand fixing a puncture or something. I didn't know then but it seems that is like virtually bumming him?
Errr yeah, sorry bout dat, anyways more serious point, could you see me keks under me shorts as I blasted past?

You kept so close I could smell'em.
Seriously though I like a race as you know, and during a race there can be shall we say 'banter' and that's fine. But on a Sunday on a public right of way and one that's more than ten metres wide I don't expect any macho fantastico comments. I had some relatively newcomers with me and I said many times 'remember this is a shared path...expect others to be on it'. Plus I have a ruptured/torn tendon in my upper arm so was being cautious until I'd eyed the trail.

Well, you know, you know there are cocks out there in all walks of life. We like to think we're immune, but we're not.
Hope you had a laugh and stretched your legs a bit, enjoyed the glorious sunshine and go back to work a happier Man (and yer mates)
Cap on, clip in. 8)
Indeed, rolling a dusty mountainbike back into the garage is a good way to end the afternoon.
Brandy and cigars capped it off nicely.
Shame there wasn't a chick flick on tonight, I like a good chick flick on a Sunday night.
I'm currently enjoying a few days off the bike after taking a nasty tarmac slide on Wed night. Sang along to Hairspray, whilst dosed up on painkillers and Prosseco on Friday night. 40 years old! who me?
Ed aka Grawp from the Boards forum of old. (Am thinking I know you two from there?)
Not me, but keep having fun (while the meds last)
