I've only used mine on my commuter but it's been good for that- can't really comment on sealing obviously.

I've had 4 superstar wheels, 2 of them were seriously well built, 1 was decent (uneven spoke tension but works OK), one was pretty bad and needed a full rebuild after a month or so of tarmac use (must be the 3 inch high kerb I manual off every day). But considering I couldn't even buy the parts for what the complete built wheels cost, I'm not complaining at that- it's just a good idea to plan for the possibility.

(Superstar do offer a rebuild service, I didn't take them up on it because of the inconvenience mostly, and because I figure their builds are so inconsistent, they might just do another iffy one. But it's a wee bit unfair to criticise them when i didn't take up all the options maybe)

I have that on a tactic rim.
I must have one of the good builds as had no problems
They've been submerged in peak district slop with no repercussions to the bearings so far. Nice and smooth and the hub is dead light

I've got one on my new posh wheels, it's very light, feels smooth, reliable so far and costs far less than a hope, I'm not complaining yet! (Except they don't do an ultralight rear hub to match)

Abigale has one built onto their AM carbon rims. Looks ok so far, cant comment on the long term reliability compared to our DT Swiss and Hope hubs

I have switch evo hubs they are cheap and cheerful changing bearings is dead easy and are sealed fairly well. My build was fine and I think they have improved their build quality since I got mine 2 years ago. Your likely to get a good build but if you don't give it to your trusted wheel guy who will sort it out for about £10 a wheel. Still come out with a bargain.

I had a front wheel built (by Superstar) with this hub, laser spokes and Crest rims with alloy nipples. Last September. Weighs 700g with valve! Done loads of miles over smooth and gnarly terrain. I've used S-Works Renegades at 40 psi on moderate off-road and Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 for things like Laggan Black etc. Still true as the day they were made! And bearings still perfect (I don't jet wash though).
My only criticism are the 15mm adapters. They rattle about in their end retaining caps when the wheel is not in the fork. Occasionally when putting the wheel in the fork, one of the end caps can get knocked out and it's a total faff to get it back in due to the supplied O rings being a bit too big and floppy. I had to get smaller O rings to make it easier to pop back in. The O rings are there for sealing and to hold the end caps on.

EDIT: was about 7 days from ordering to delivery. Came in a proper cardboard Hope-style wheel box.

I don't have this hub...

...but I do have some Superstar wheels on my roadie. They seem well built; run true and have pretty even spoke tension etc... They took 8 days from receipt of my order to despatch.

I was very impressed with the packaging (nice box with the wheels well supported for transport) and general VFM (value for money).
