Recently bought one of the above tensionerers and I'm having a problem: the bolt used to screw into the mech hanger has a metal bolt sheath over the top that means even when screwed in tight to the frame the tensioner slides about 2mm from side to side. This reversed metal sheath/bolt thing actually protrudes past the surface of the tensioner...
Any thoughts? I can take a picture if that helps! Any other zinger owners?

I worried about this too but fitted it anyway.
I'd forgotten about it till seeing this thread so I guess it doesn't matter

Nope and I'm using it on a full suspension frame so it's probably getting a harder workout than usual
I have set it up with loads of tension and a really short chain which probably helps
