Ordered 2 x chainrings 27th april, on back order will be in stock end of April. Not a problem wait a week or so I thought

Got an email later advising of expected delivery 15th -19th May, oh well.

emailed yesterday asking if dispatched, no reply. emailed today asking for update got a reply and I'm being told of another 1-2 week delay, yet they are showing as in stock on their site.

not the best at updating customers, why show in stock when its clearly not.

what alternative to RF cinch 28t chainring @ £44.99 should I look at.

I've just ordered a snaggletooth from crc. £30.00. Fitted last night on a boost bike and all good.

I think my Hope one was only £35ish from CRC. Can you cancel the order and try somewhere else?

GF had same problem - she went with Blackspire Snaggletooth for her Turbines.

Only silver in stock in 28T

For balance they were very good with me.

Emailed asking about advice on a wheel set. Stock system showed out of stock on the one I wanted. But they looked round the warehouse to see what they could put together and got me a similar spec wheel set. Also told me straight up I could use a voucher code to get a discount.

Also once wheelset arrived they forgot to add the adapter I also asked for. Emails answered within an hour and a new adapter sent and arrived the next day.

All in I thought it was a good service and would use them again.

I thought Superstar made their chainrings in house nowadays? Therefore you would expect a faily accurate dispatch date...

I'd go with a Snaggletooth, they last for ages.

Absolute black? I've got the 28T oval CINCH on both my Turbines and they are great. Only a couple of quid more than expensive and came in a few days ordered direct from their site.

The OP must like their post on Facebook showing all the freshly machined chainring they are about to laser etch.
