i sold my sworks shoes at the end of last summer - didnt get on with them too much - so never replaced...

now spring is springing i need something other than my winter boots, so are there any good offers out there?

i dont want sworks territory again, i have a budget of about £50-70 quid, anything out there that anyone can recommend?

im a size 9uk so probably need a 10uk id imagine!

I really like my northwave rocker. They're really well ventilated for spring/summer and uber-comfy. Right in your price bracket too.

Or... as summer on its way.... these?! 😆

I quite like the look of the Mavic shoes. On the other hand, what about DHB shoes?

I've got some of the DHB carbon jobbies, wore them for the first time yesterday at CityCross and they were very comfortable out of the box. Reasonably light & very stiff, but I could still scramble/run in them ok. Sole seems nice and grippy. Sizing is shimano like, I'm 43 in Shimano, and I got a 43 in the DHBs which fit nicely.

I just got a pair of shimano m162s. Bit more money than you want to spend and they look a bit too much like golf shoes but otherwise they're awesome

There's a non-carbon version, not sure how different they are though? You could get the carbons for £5 less by signing up for the newsletter.

Haven't used them yet actually. Thou they feel comfy indoors and come with 3 different size arch things. The sole tread is quite beefy but seems hard so not sure on grip.

Bought a pair of Shimano XC50n's a couple weeks ago (size 44), they would make great UK shoes. However I'm finding them too big in terms of volume (and the 43 was too short), so went for the Giro's. The sizing is similar to Spesh. I wear size 43 Spesh road shoes and got a size 43.5 in the Giro.
