My Enduro MT500 and Howies* bib shorts are just too hot to wear under baggy shorts. Well there not, but they do get a tad uncomfortable in our current weather.

I've nice thin summer road bib shorts but, don't like to use them under baggies. They have a slippery sheen that results in my baggies slipping.

Anyone recommend a summer bib short? Like the look of the Specialized bibs with pockets but haven't seen a pair in the flesh to judge if i'll cook in them.

*which i've never really liked, I'm sure the chamonix is too far forward

Not sure if they are available separately, but my TLD bib liners are brilliant, be worth buying a pair of shorts in a sale, even if you don’t like them, just for the bibs

Cheers Tom, that looks just the ticket and available on their own from CRC.

Does it have to be bibs? Otherwise just a liner short under baggies.

Just never got on with anything other than bibs.

The fear of someone seeing some of by bare back between shirt and short keeps me up at night. That and fir breathing giant nazi peedo lizards.

Got a bunch of Louis Garnier ones, various levels of mesh thickness, were fine up to way hotter than UK, think they were on special at evans recently
