Looking to head out to Les Arc in the summer and we are looking to arrange our own accommodation. Wondered if anyone had any gems of accommodation which are close to lifts and advice on good or bad places to stay.
We have always stayed in Peisey before with a guide company.
We camped in Bourg St Maurice last year.
Was great value and close to the funicular, swimming pool and supermarket.
Stayed in Vallandry in one of the Dutch chalets. Not especially cheap when there 7 of us in a 14 person chalet, but a lovely place and very close to the Vallandry lift.
Didn't really want to camp as getting to old for all that. I'll have a look a the at the chalets in Vallandry.
