Now its getting colder I could do with a warmer outer layer - I'm thinking next level up from the Aldi winter jacket, but not mega-bucks - any ideas?

Classifieds / Ebay for something 2nd hand would be best bet for a bargain. E.g. there are a few bits of Gore Bike Wear on Ebay auctions...
