The idea is if you were to do a Reggie Perrin and disappear one day on your bike. Which bike would you have.
I am thinking a Surly ECR or Ogre. What other bikes could you load up and disappear with never to be seen again?

Brompton, fold it up get in car / on train / plane off one goes. Also very good bikes.

Ogre over ECR. You won't find 29+ tyres as easily as normal 29er. 😉
