I love the Sufferfests with all my rapidly beating heart, but have now done them all dozens of times. Anyone know of any decent alternatives along similar lines?

Riding your bike outside on a proper bike?
Obviously I ride on the road too, however living in Central London, and working long hours, I can't always get out for enjoyable rides. So I quite often have a quick blast on the trainer before work. Hence asking the question. Is that OK?

I guess so - but can you not ride your bike to work and use that instead of being indoors? My own issue with this stuff is that you are on a stationery bike and it's utter mindnumbing boredom - no matter what you are doing...actually doing a proper bike ride always seems to be far better (but needs some music to ensure you are working yourself!).
There is no alternative.
