Is it possible to run a sub compact chainset with 12 speed 105 Di2? Will the front mech work with a 12 speed GRX chainset ? Any other options?

Have a look at absolute black subcompact chain rings. Have been running 46-30 on 11spd ultrgra crankset without any problems, just fine tuning FD position according to their instructions

Ibe been doing rhe same absolute black thing as above. Thats in ultegra 12sp too. A pr of rings is about £180!!
A grx chainset needs a grx front mech as the chainline is set +2.5 mm outboard.

Thanks . I’m also considering SRAM rival axs as changing chainset seams easier cheaper. May be wrong mind
