Hi all,

I need a new pair of wide fitting SPD shoes for use on adventure bike.

Any recommendations? Wide toe box essential.

Cheers for any help..

If you're looking for trainer style rather than slipper Shimano AM5's might suit. I use them on my MTB and CX Bike, they have a pretty wide toe. Picked them up for £50ish at Go Outdoors

I've got fairly wide feet - I use shimano 2fo's - easy to get some second hand in mint condition on ebay for half your budget. Their light option will be worth a look too but I dont trust BOA

I am still pleased with my aging DHB M1.0 (discontinued) I have sort of short wide feet and find the width good for MTB and bridalslayer/CX use....

I notice they've started doing a new MTB shoe the Troika that looks to have a similar shape and is well under budget... Worth a whirl?
