Anyone else had an issue with this?
My mate sent his rear shock with brain off to specialized for a long overdue service.
When I came back it leaked air at a rate of about 50 psi/30 mins.
He sent it back and was told that there is no fault, they've tested it under all test conditions etc.
Told it was the shock pump, so he bought a new one.
Still leaking air at the same rate, any suggestions apart from 'send it back'?

Get a second professionals opinion maybe?

I once broke my brain shock and sent it to Stendec who fixed it with new seals, they're quite hardy bits of kit really.

Are you leaving the pump attached all that time

No not leaving pump attached, that would make for a pretty uncomfortable ride!
Just stopping every half hour to pump the ****in thing back up!
He's gonna send it back to the big S and hopefully they will get their act together.
Just a bit frustrating as we are at Afan.

Opps did not realise that pressure loss was while riding.
Does sound like somthing is amiss. I assume you notice the shock getting softer while riding

Do it via a bike shop if you can. If you get them on your side it will help a bit if one of their dealers is confirming it's knackered. Where is it actually leaking air from? Pop in in the sink maybe and see? I've had sticky schrader valves before and just swapped them out.
