Looking to see if on a 2012-2014 Stumpjumper FSR Large frame, if you can lower a 420mm reverb all the way down so the collar sits on the seatpost clamp. I'm looking to upgrade frame/bike but need the above info.
Thanks people

I have a large Stumpjumper and a 420mm Reverb, the answer is yes.

However, you'll need to route the hose externally or have the port drilled out slightly, as the Stumpy frame can only accept a 4mm cable, not a 5mm hose.

Thanks for that, should be ok as I have an old externally routed reverb that I could use.

Just another thought, looking at Evo model, would it still be the same.
Cheers

The evo front triangle is the same as the non evo one as far as I know, the magic happens around the shock 😀

What PJM was getting at is that you can run a dropper remote through part of the top tube, it exits by the shock. Unless it's carbon you can't use a stealth one without drilling holes in the frame

Both the alu and carbon Stumpy frames have a dropper remote port that is ever so slightly too small for a Reverb hose (it enters just behind the head tube and exits around the rear shock), but fits the slightly smaller Specialized Command Post cable perfectly.
