As above, can't get the lock ring off for love nor money.its only done 64 miles (20five)
Anyway cassette came off with freehub (As standard)!
However, still can't undo the lock ring and now have a cassette 10mm stuck up the freehub!!
Any tips?
Slip the freehub back on. Get two scaffold poles 1m* long, and a friend. One on chain whip, one on lockring spanner. Gurn a bit.

Had a similar issue, the following worked for me.....hope it's clear.
Tools
Normal (spare) chain
Hammer or a thick piece of wood
Cassette tool
Wrench for tool
Technique
Chain around cassette
Other end of chain wrapped around hammer/wood
Cassette tool in place and ready for wrench
Stood wheel vertical to floor (as though it was still on bike if that makes sense)
Pulled chain tight and stood on chain wrapped around the piece of wood
Flexed the guns and worked the lockring off with the wrench
PS put the freehub back on the bike 🙂
Old chain screwed to fence post with a thick washer under the screw head, push wheel with tyre on against the post, wrap chain around the cassette and use extension pipe on the wrench if needed, or a chain screwed to a plank on the floor with all your weight on the wheel. Bolt the cassette tool to the wheel so the freehub doesn't pull off with a cassette attached.
