Looking for my first full face and I'm struggling to find one that feels 'right'.

Tried quite a few on and they're either too small/big or don't sit right on my yed. Been through a few, Parachute, Super 2R, 661 comp, 661 rage, Urge downomatic, Giro cipher, The something and a few others.

Starting to look at the Fox rampage pro as so many people say it fits well, but it's stupid money for something that will only realistically see the light of day a few times a year.

Are there any other ff's out there that are generally deemed a comfy fit?

All depends on your head....

Whats wrong with the fit of the others? Are you trying on in a shop that knows what they are talking about - may help to describe what it feels like to someone who knows what is should feel like.

Tried some on in the shop and some at home.

The too big bit is easy, others seem to give pressure points around my forehead or at the back of my head. Tbh I could do with a shop that has a decent stock in to try a few more on.

I think some of it is that I'm not sure how one should feel, but none I've tried on have actually felt 'comfy'.

I've tried a few and can really recommend the Bell ones, either the Transfer or the Full 9, depending on your budget. I have the Transfer and it's the best fitting helmet I have ever had. However, it is snug-fitting, so try before you commit.

Don't really have a budget but would prefer sub £200.

What's the fit like on the Bells, is the size guide true or do you have to size up?

As Mike's already said, it all depends on your actual head. Forget recommendations from others unless you know you have the same size and shaped noggin. Just got to keep trying until you find one you like

I had the same issue and bought a Fox rampage, the normal version.

Specialised Dissent Comp, comfy and good protection. Unfortunately tested 🙁 Was only 3 days old as well ( the helmet, not me)
