Was showing a mate where we were parked up in Friuli last year and found a pic of me in my bike!

Anyone else been captured for eternity?

Happily it's not for eternity. I was caught leaving my house with an expensive looking bike. Gone none.

You're wearing shorts and jersey from my (now USA based) Italian mate / eldest son's godfather!

Can see my Dad is in the garden of his house, the camera on the car roof was high enough to see over the garden gate.
Not going to post it for obvious privacy reasons!

I did see the car going past me on my bike once, I checked back a few months later but by then I couldn't remember exactly where it was and I wasn't going to trawl along the whole road looking!

Going back to 2004 when Google Earth first came out I noticed it had caught me in my land rover hauling bales from a field I have only baled for hay once. I then realised I had taken a picture at the same spot on the same day (shadows are longer so may be the next load coming home)

Same place, same truck and trailer. 1 load later..... How weird is that?

A mates wife was visible in the bedroom window wearing just a towel. I was too much of a gentleman to verify the story

Well, you made me check and it seems the Google car has been round again and caught me tidying up my front bush

There’s an Italian term Umarelli for retired men who stand and watch things like traffic and construction sites. There’s a family joke my dad is the northern version of this. He’s there on street view on the street corner surveying the world

Here's the one i mentioned earlier - mate spotted the car and took a photo.

Parkies - street view.jpg

A while back I went to check street view and see if my dearly departed grandparents' former house on the edge of London had been demolished to make way for flats... and there was my grandad heading into the garage. I've just been back again and looking back through all of the views to 2008 I can't find that one again.

That jersey is fabulous! What’s the fit like compared to castelli?

I was a bit nervous opening this thread, thought it might be of someone sunbathing.

Only Castelli top i have is merino so can't really say. Biciclista top is a little looser/airy. Tried on the S but I'm not Italian enough to pull it off.

I can pm you my only fans.

I was on it, but in the car. I followed the google car along about 20km of winding road. Nowhere to overtake at all.

Totally off topic, but just following up on the Biciclista sizing. I'd say it is pretty close to normal and not like Castelli. Lad has one of their race cut and turns out some Castelli. Small Biciclista is at least medium if not borderline large in Castelli.
