I have a Samsung J5 phone with Strava app thats worked fine for a few years.
When I tap Explore at the bottom of the screen I get a page that shows Routes: New & Improved, & a box that shows Explore Routes.
I tap Explore Routes & it changes to Try Out Routes & a box that states Start free Trial. (This screen is not full size & I can see the Explore main page below)
I tap start free trial & get error already subscribed. So if I tap the X to close the screen the app reverts back to the screen page that states Routes: New & Improved & the box Explore Routes.
Why can't I get to the main Explore screen?
Look for Segments (top right) and that will bring up the map?
Edit: thinking back, when mine updated a few weeks ago it stuck in a loop and I had to quit out 5 or 6 times before I got rid of the trial offer pop-up - but it did go eventually
(explore routes is something you normally have to pay for)
